Pearly Hare

Sometimes you just need to let go and let that warm light do its work.

Light
it’s very bright
magnetic field
attractive, warm,
compelling craving
to lift the heavy eyelid.

The eye wouldn’t flinch,
fluctuation will scare this virgin bright,
just breathe,
pretend you blade of grass
next to a startled pearly hare.

Observe it through the thin layer
of unprotected skin
be vulnerable to it,
just breathe,
through knitted teeth
and let the vision build the streets,
each word
a different stone
on the pavement road.

Now music setting in
colorful,
or stone-cold dark,
dancing,
touching pavement words,
forming sentences,
translated to the language
of the celestial soul,
understood by every carrier of life.
